LAKE SUCCESS NY — November 28, 2011

Arnouse Digital Devices, Corp. (ADDC), a high-technology firm owning significant IP rights, has purchased the assets of GMV, a software development firm which does research and development for the Department of Defense.

Michael Arnouse, chairman of ADDC said, “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to expand ADDC’s palette of services through this acquisition. GMV is a leader in encrypted digital voice and video over mobile platforms and ADDC has a commitment to providing top quality mobile services be they hardware or software.”

“I am thrilled to be working with ADDC and Mike Arnouse, a true visionary in the high technology field. We expect that GMV’s current book of business will thrive under the management and resources at ADDC”, said Dan Gallic, Managing Member of GMV.

“The combination of ADDC’s hardware and GMV’s software aim to be a potent mover in the mobility space, which is booming,” said Arnouse.

GMV’s book of business includes advanced development of video over ultra low bandwidth and secure voice over a protected architecture. GMV sold the rights to their main communications platform CryptoComm, earlier this year, to the US Army and is currently developing tangential products to meet the needs of the modern warfighter. CryptoComm is currently under certification review at the Army’s Cryptology and Modernization lab.

Mr. Gallic will take over the role of Chief Operating Officer of ADDC and Mr. Arnouse will continue to server as President and CEO.
