Arnouse Digital Devices Corp. (ADDC), a leading high-tech computer manufacturer concentrating on miniaturization and and small form-factors, announced today that it has filed a lawsuit that alleges that the Voyager Tactical Data Center, marketed by Klas Telecom Inc. and Klas Telecom Government Inc. (“Klas Telecom”), infringes Arnouse Digital’s patent rights.
The lawsuit, brought against the United States pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1498 in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, describes allegations that Klas Telecom copied ADDC’s innovative Mobyl Data Center to develop its Voyager Tactical Data Center and, in turn, provided Tactical Data Centers to the government for use by government agencies like the Department of Defense. ADDC’s lawsuit in the Court of Federal Claims comes as a last resort after attempts to resolve patent infringement allegations with Klas Telecom were ignored.
